Support Guide


We can add new users to both our Internal GitHub and Public GitHub services.
  • For creating GitHub users on our Internal GitHub, please provide the person's name and an email address they will use.
  • For inviting GitHub users to our Public GitHub organisation, please provide the person's name, GitHub username and an email address.
    We cannot create users on Public GitHub, make sure the user has an account before submitting a request for an invitation.

Access to AWS is now managed with SSO. If you require access to AWS please raise this with your line manager or discipline lead, who can ensure you are added to the appropriate group(s).

When providing Datadog access, we'll require an email address, which environment the user needs access to (Sandbox/Production) and the level of access (Read-Only, Standard or Admin).

A read only role will be provided by default if none is specified.
